3/5

I registered for a course from ADRIC because they offered it via online correspondence. The materials for the course were not delivered, or even mailed out after a month due to the incompetence of their case services and professional development manager: 0/5 stars.
Due to his incompetence, I missed the window in which I could devote my time fully to the course. Obviously this was a frustrating experience. I spoke with the executive director who appropriately expedited my receipt of the materials. However, by the time I took the initiative to go above the head of the CSPD manager, the ED's actions were constrained by holiday mail service and bad weather. He was not willing to propose a solution to the harm done to me by the action (or rather, inaction) of his CSPD manager. 3/5 stars.
Eventually I got into contact with their operations and project manager. He investigated the matter rather than simply having me explain it to him and within a couple of days came back to me with a very generous solution given that my main concern, my time, was something that he could not give back: 5/5 stars.

Simply put: they offer a product in a convenient manner that no other organization (that I can find) does, some of their staff are ignorant and incompetent, but some of their staff are very willing to preserve the dispute resolution community and ADRIC's image. It seems that they have a great deal of "new staff" at the moment and it is unclear whether this is evidence of a poor workplace which is being fled or of a strategic overhaul which will result in a radically different (and hopefully improved) workplace and resultant services.
