Hugh has a very fun, optimistic and nonjudgmental approach to the process. He is a great listener and patient when it comes to allowing you to self discover and visualize your future self. Hugh in both an excellent coach and mentor. His approach is one that should be emulated but fortunately that it is not. It significantly increases his value when he's on your side. Hugh has a particular manner of asking questions without judging, of helping you find the solution without telling you what it is and making you use areas of your mind and imagination without hypnotizing you. He's personality is infectious and his positivity can alone change the meeting or the call.
